Public Areas Media Room Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on our big-screen TV with satellite reception. Movie posters from the 1944 movie, Laura, decorate the walls. You’ll find a Mies van der Rohe coffee table and chairs along with a Charles Eames lounge chair to complete the 40’s feel of the room.
Sunroom Six pairs of double French doors with fanlights above make this room light and airy in any season. Bamboo furniture contributes to the outdoor feeling. Lovely views of the pasture can be seen out the front, while the opposite side opens to a large brick terrace. A table and chairs invites you to have breakfast here if you choose. A beautiful tiger maple armoire provides a
backbar.
Family Room This casual sitting room is open to the large country kitchen where you can sit in front of a cozy fire and chat with your hosts while they prepare your breakfast. A large terrace opens off this room where you may choose to have your breakfast in warm weather.
Parlor
Dining Room Enjoy breakfast at our banquet-size table in front of the fireplace or sit at a small table for two in this spacious room. Notice the wide moldings on the door surrounds, the single-board wainscoating and the lovely chair rail and mantel in this 1842 room. Views of green pastures and rolling hills are sure to enhance your breakfast.
Breakfast Room A lovely fireplace serves as the focal point of the green breakfast room. Choose to dine at a small table or mingle with other guests at the main table. For large groups, this dining room is adjacent to and connects with the main dining room. Views to the back gardens can be seen from the window.
Choose a book or curl up in front of the fire in this large and comfortable, light-filled room. Play the grand piano or perhaps a game of chess. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast from a table overlooking the vegetable garden.
